"Not a lot of people are use to getting their stomachs massaged. At any rate, this is what we do. A stomach is part of the body and that is why it is very important to massage it. This is where we hold all of our trash literally and physically. This is why it is very important to have it covered. The way we are going to be working the stomach is using our boundaries of the ribs and the pelvic region is going to be our boundary. We are going to massage everything in the middle. So again, I am just using a little drop of oil. I’m not using that much because too much oil is not good either. I put my hand very lightly on top of the stomach just to say hello to welcome because it is a very intimate part of the body. I want to start circling with one hand on top of the other and I am going very lightly at the beginning just to find out what my boundaries are and to see what the depth of the stomach is. Now the reason this is such a sensitive area is because we don’t have the protection that we do have from our ribs. The whole time I am going to be going down in a clockwise motion using my boundaries of the ribs. This is where the ribs end and this is where our pelvis bone is. You can use your fingers going in a round circular motion all the way around. You can go as deep as you can or as light as you can especially if you just ate. "
