on 8/2/2008 I think I'll try that on my next cliant. Arms are always difficult for me, I always lift the arms and tire myself out.

"Now to continue on the arm I am starting from the wrist going up toward the shoulders. I don’t want to go down because the system already has a way of bringing the blood down and I am going to be pushing too much blood in towards the hands. An energetically speaking, I want it all to go towards the heart. So starting from the ribs I am using both of my hands and keeping the same amount of pressure from the fingers all the way down to the palm I am keeping it straight and I am going up towards the heart and I am never finishing just like this, I am always giving it a round. Rounding it off at the top; that way it is a little bit less stressful. Another thing I am doing, I am not doing this with just by elbows and my shoulders I am using my whole body starting energetically coming in from my torso... I am doing the whole body and you know what is managing that? My feet. That is how you get proper body mechanics. My feet are what are pushing me all the way. My back foot is the one that is giving me the lead way to go forward and it is pushing my torso. When I am pushing all the way up, I round it off on the top. It is just the basic lighting stroke. You can use one side or you can do both sides at the same time. "
