Now, if you are using a personal shopper, you are thinking about using one for the very first time, and you feel a little uneasy about it, I highly recommend ask your personal shopper, the person that you are looking to hire, for references. We do it in everyday life, we do it when we hire someone for a job, so why not ask them for references? If they are good personal shoppers, they are going to have a client list, a database, people that they use on a regular basis…people that come back to them, time after time, year after year, or that they do use on a regular basis, so get references from them; they would definitely provide them for you. A good personal shopper is going to be someone that will obviously provide you with a list of references, but it is also someone who is up on the latest trends. They read the fashion magazines. They know what is going on out there. So keep in mind, ask for references. "
