"I have another little tip for you. Now, you girls who iron your fellas shirts, probably have found this but there's some little hitch hiker, in the collar, called a collar stay. Let me show you. They are these little fellows here, in the collar. They're usually found on cotton shirts, to help keep that collar down. They kind of look like, the things that go in sandwiches, keep them in place, that's what they look like. What you want to do, is you want to make sure and pull them out, before you iron your collar. One time I didn't, it was like the first time I'd ironed a mans shirt, and I melted the stays, right into the collar. Totally ruined the shirt, it was just embarrassing. I was humiliated but I got over it. Also, it can leave kind of like an outline of the stay and that, you can never get rid of, then your shirt is ruined. So, take these guys out, put them in your little container, here, like that. This collar is ready to go and you know what? It's puckered. We know what to do puckered shirts, well let's get steaming."
