"Hi, I'm Michelle Renee with the Michelle Renee Makeup Artist Group and on behalf of Expert Village I'm gonna demonstrate makeup for Winter. The next step is eye liner. There's a couple of different ways that you can apply eye liner. First is with a pencil. The second step, the second way you could apply eye liner is with an angled brush. Just dip it in powder and apply the liner at the rim of the eyes. Right now I'm gonna use a combination of the two. I'm gonna use a pencil on the top lid. Then I'm gonna dip my angled brush in the same gold color that we've used on Leslie's lids and apply it underneath the eye. This will just give it a fresh look. Go ahead and get our pencil. Hold the skin taunt and apply the brown. Now to set the pencil, I'm gonna go ahead and take my angled brush, dip it in brown and go over the pencil. Then I'm gonna take the same gold color. Get my angled brush. "Look up in the sky." And go from the inside rim to the outside. This creates a different look. Makes Leslie's eyes look bright and pretty. And that's our liner for Winter. "
