"I'm Michelle Rene from the Michelle Renee Makeup Artist Group here in Tampa, Florida and on behalf of Expert Village I'm gonna show you how to apply makeup for Spring. The third step in every makeup process is SPF. SPF stands for Sign of Protection Factor. In our day in age it is super important not to forget this step. SPF ranges from two to sixty.
