"Hi, I'm Michelle Renee from the Michelle Renee makeup artist group here in Tampa, Florida. And on behalf of Expert Village we're gonna show you how to apply makeup on women of color. The third step in every makeup process is SPF. SPF stands for sign of protection factor. In our day of age it is super important not to forget this step. SPF ranges from 2 to 60, most experts agree that 15 on up is adequate enough to protect your skin from the sun rays. Now just in note if you have oily skin it's important to find an SPF that is oil free. Also many other products may have sun protection factor but it's not listed. One ingredient that you can look for in your other products is Titanium Bioxide that is ingredient that helps protect your skin from the sun. Just remember not to forget the step and play safe."
