How to Create Sultry, Smokey Eyes with Eyeshadow : How to Apply Eye Makeup

"Hi! I am Moira from Beauty by Moira. I am getting my darker black eyeshadow and over top of our lovely cat's eye look, I am going to make a deeper sultry look with black shadow. Well actually first I am going to use a dark eyeliner. I am changing it and I am going to use a darker eyeliner, which I did on the other eye. Look straight ahead and I am going to put it under on top of the underneath on the lower lid on top of the lower lid, giving it an even deeper more glamorous look and of course, I am blending it in. Then I am going to use my shadow, which I am going over the entire lid in the darker beautiful black. Also what it is doing is deepening the eyes which are lovely giving it that darker sexy look, beautiful. Make sure it is all blended. We are going to use our powder to define it and as we see as we are turning around, here we are completing that dark sultry sexy look; looks very lovely."
