How to Apply Moisturizer to Your Face Before Applying Summer Time Makeup

"Hi, I'm Michelle Renee here in Tampa, Florida with the Michelle Renee Makeup Artist Group and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to demonstrate makeup for Summer. The fourth step is going to be moisturizer. This delivers water to the skin. Now there are a couple of different kind of moisturizers that you can use. Especially in the Summer since your skin is going to be a little oilier you might not want to use as emollient or as creamy as thick as you normally would. Now Leslie my model is going to have T zone oil. So, what we could is could put a thinner moisturizer in her T zone area and then a thicker moisturizer in her cheek area right in here. I'll go ahead an do that now. So we're gonna go the thinness on the T zone and this is right after you've exfoliated. And the thicker moisturizer in her cheek area. Now remember you don't want to tug on the skin. You also want to pat and press. She's fully motorized right now and remember we always want to listen to what our skin is telling us. If the thick moisturizer is too heavy; skip it and just use the thicker at night. "
