" Hi! This is Moira of Beauty By Moira. I’m talking about the next step in the manicure with expertvillage.com. The next step is where I’m using my little pumice stone. This is a great little thing, a pumice stone. I wet it, yes, you can’t do it dry, but you wet it. You go around in the nailbed and around the cuticle. That loosens any cuticles that are on the nail up. It really does a nice job of doing that. There was skin on there, part of the cuticle, that’s why you’re getting a hangnail. I want to go around the fingers, gently. We’re not hurting you, are we? Good. There should never be any pain involved. So we’re drying them and gently pushing that cuticle back again without causing any pain. And already you can see an improvement how we have loosened up on the nailbed."
