"Hello friends, I'm Jeesaa Gupta, a beauty practitioner. In this clipping, I'm going to tell you how to maintain a healthy skin so that we can avoid or prevent premature wrinkling of the skin. You need to maintain a very, very healthy skin so that your skin can stay young for a longer time. Cereal and parsley are high in protein, vitamin and minerals. So right combination of these things, helps you to have a glowing skin for a long time. These seeds, you can take two, three seeds of all these. This is again dried fruit, almond and these are the cereal and parsley. Just have a look; you can mix it like this. Grate it in your mixing and soak it overnight in water. In morning you make a fine paste with it and apply it as a skin repairing pack. It increases the resistance of your skin and so your skin stays healthy for a longer time. If you want to keep a healthy ideal skin, you'll need to follow this traditional Indian remedies with care. You can keep your skin soft and supple for a long time.
