"So we talked a little bit about products for you dreadlocks. The first thing I'm going to talk about is shampoo and this is a example this is a bottle of shampoo from Dread Head HQ, and I really like it because it basically doesn't have anything in it. It smells kind of good. It's got vegetable based solvents and it kind of cleans out your scalp and cleans all the scuz that accumulate from dreadlocks because you are not suppose to wash them that often. So yeah this is dread soap. There is also another company called Naughty Boy and they sell bar soaps that have tea tree oil in them. Those I like those too, and they are also starting to sell liquid soaps as well. This is another product and this is used for it is called Locking Accelerator and this is something that you will use when you are starting your dreads and what is does it is basically some not quiet sure of the ingredients but in got sea salt and a citrus acid in it. So what it does it kind of dries your hair out. You just spray it on as you are back combing and it dries your hair out and it causes friction so that your hair locks up better. Naughty Boy a type of gel that smells really good and I can't remember the name of it but it's got some lime in it and you just kind of it is kind of to revitalize your dreadlocks if they are kind of looking ratty or you know if they need moisture and that stuff always that stuff is really nice and it is really sticky but it hold them together. Then let's see what other products when you are starting out you need of course need to have dread wax which is mostly it is made of beeswax. What that does is facilitate the locking up and it keeps it keeps it together until the dreads actually lock up. There is other stuff like there is Dread Head HQ has this stuff called Lock Peppa which is like this really weird powder and you could put it on dreads that have like little loose bits and kind of try to get the little bits of hair into the dread."
