"Hi, my name is Lefty at 1603 Tattoos in Tampa, Florida. On behalf of Expert Village, this is tattoo care. After getting your tattoo, we will apply a bandage on it which is very, you want to keep it on for at least an hour or two no more than three hours. Due to safety reasons that you don't' want to get it infected or anything like that, we do have a bandage that we normally use it's a dry lock. It's very breathable like I said that is why you want to use it for so long after a while the ointment does suck up the ointment so you don't want to stick it to your tattoo. If that does happen and you stick to your bandage, just get in the shower and kind of wash it off and it will help peel if off so you're not messing up your tattoo. As far as adhesive, sometimes being on so long it sometimes sticks to your skin that way you might have to use some alcohol. Some people might use a brush. You might be careful with that now the ointment that we use underneath the bandage isn't recommended what we use is Vaseline at first. Then we give you some packages to take care of your tattoo which is A and D ointment."
