How to Apply Highlighter to Eyes

For those of you that have closed eyes, this can just open up the eyes a bit more. It’s also very fashionable right now. Try not to put a lot, just a hint of it. Then, you can use your dark color and any deep tone that you use to crease the eyes right beneath here as the eyeliner. So, if you really just can’t stand the eyeliners that you actually have to go into the eyes, you can just simply use a powder and a brush and it gets the job done. Go over right under the highlight that way everything is into tone. And that’s your eyes. "
