" Hi! My name is Trish from Healthy Body Massage of Orlando. You can visit our web page at www.healthybody-massage.com. Today for Expert Village I’m here to show you a lower body lymphatic treatment, as we have gone over in the earlier segment, first and always you treat the upper trunk of the body before you go down to work on any extremities. Actually you treat all your lymph nodes, you are going to go down to the body and with very light movement, your lymphatic system is located between the skin and the fat muscle, so you are going to be very lightly moving your hands down and down and always moving towards the trunk of the body. Each move needs to be repeated five times and there are different movements you can make while you do this. This is one of them and the other one is the sweeping motion, you just push up. I do circular motions like this. For each movement you are going to do, you are going to repeat five times in that area. After you treated the thigh, you move down to the calf. Again you choose your motion and repeat it five times over that segment of the body and it means five on the inner, five on the top and you want more of the sweeping movement on the outside, moving the fluid up. After the lower body treatment, you reactivate his inner thigh lymph nodes two times each and then it is once again do a repeat on the stomach, in four segments, all moving to the thoracic and have the client deep breathe and then press gently down, remember not to press too hard if you feel the pulse."
