"Hi, I'm Marti. On behalf of expertvillage.com. I'm going to share with you today how to iron a pair of slacks. If you choose to iron both pockets first and then work yourself around with your garments. Again, I'm going to work with my seams a little bit of finger blocking here. Make sure that the underneath surface is flat. Sometimes it helps to gently lift the fabric so that the iron can put the fabric in place for me. Again, we'll let that cool. The next thing we need to think about is the zipper. Most zippers are pretty strong when they're constructioned the way they are put together but it doesn't hurt to just kind of go over and give them a light pass with the iron. To make sure that everything is laying in the right direction especially in front of the placket sometimes that tends to wrinkle. "
