"Hi. My name is Mary Thinnes and I'm a skin care expert. I will be discussing now the proper home care for sensitive skin. The proper home care for sensitive skin - definitely you want to go with something more along the lines of a facial cleansing cream. With a facial cleansing cream, however, the one thing with facial cleansing creams is you can see it's more like lotion-based and so it's not going to suds up like a cleanser. Just keep that in mind because some people, I guess I should say, a lot of people have it in there minds that if a cleanser is not sudsing up, that it's not cleaning. And that's not true. With sensitive skin, the cleansing creams are less aggressive and so as you can see, there's no sudsing whatsoever. And what causes sudsing in a lot of cleanser are sodium lauryl sulfate [ph]. And sodium lauryl sulfate tends to be a little drying. Although, it is necessary to cause the sudsing. So, a sensitive skin you don't want to obviously dry your skin more. You want to basically maintain the natural balance of waters in there skin. So, cleansing creams is what I would recommend for sensitive skin. Like I said it's not going to cause them to have any reactions and as I mentioned before, sensitive skin can have reactions to a lot of different products or ingredients. So, you want to be careful [inaudible] And a cleansing cream is still going to clean your skin, even though it's not sudsing. So, that being said, sensitive skin - those are the proper products you want to use for that skin type."
