"Hi. My names is Mary Thinnes and I'm a skin care expert. I'm going to discuss with you now instructions on maintaining your results as far as post surgical goes, post laser, post treatments in general. So to speak there are a lot of products out there that are very moisturizing. You definitely want to look for moisturizers that are going to help heal the skin at the same time moisturize it. So definitely you want to find products that have hyaluronic acid in it because that is a moisturizer our body is made up of. Also you want to find products that are healing like I said. And some products have colloidal silver in it. And as far as that goes, colloidal silver is good also for healing. It's antibacterial so obviously if you are healing from surgery, you don't want any bacteria, l obviously, around the wounds. That being said, it's definitely antibacterial. So maybe some toners that have colloidal silver in it. There's products that have colloidal silver added in it as well. Facial cleansing creams are good to maintain your results because it is not going to be drying or irritating to the skin like a facial cleansing gel might be due to the sodium laurel sulfate found in cleansing gels that causes the sudsing. You'll just find a lot of post laser hydrating treatments out there. Definitely do keep in mind that you definitely want your sun screens and to be religious about applying those daily and in a proper way. That being said, those are the instructions on maintaining your results for post surgical treatments."
