"This is a collar form. We just pulled the shirt off the machine. You wrap it around it. And you have a hanger on there. What we are doing here is making sure the collar is nice and taught. We are putting the crease back into it. We have the collar on the collar form and the hanger and we are making sure it has a crease in the correct position as it should be from the factory. Now we are going to hang this up because it has an imperfection on this rail. What we do is we take this around and a lot of time we have hundreds of shirts hanging here at one point of time in a day. We have it so everything is kind of flowing in the cleaners here. This is a touch up board and this has a vacuum on it so we can hold a shirt to it. And this also using a hot iron and no shoe on it. This is a hot iron and no plastic shoe on it, so you are still getting metal contact to the shirt. Because most of the shirts now days are made of pure cotton maybe with a little polyester blend, which is okay. So on this press what we do with the imperfection is actually spray water onto it again so that the iron will not burn the fabric and it is a lot easier to remove the wrinkle or whatever out of it. So what she is doing is pressing the pleat into the sleeve, so you have a really beautiful shirt. And this is just an extra thing that you can buy and helps you do the sleeves because it is smaller and you can get the sleeves onto it a little better. So now what she is doing is pressing the underarm where the imperfection was, and she will also crease the sleeve. Some customers we have recommend that we do not crease their sleeves, and we do that for them. So once again we do both sides of the shirt, and make sure everything is perfect. And we double check. Then we take the shirt over to another press. Now what we are going to being here is that this is a hot head with no hat on it, metal contact to the shirt. We are going to spray it with water where the imperfection was and bring the head down on top of it and it will dry the water and imperfection out. Double check and make the best shirt possible for our customers. Spraying water again and bring the head down on top of it. Three to five seconds to get the imperfection out and dry out the water. We will hang the shirt up here. We will button the third button because we believe that the third button makes it look and hang better. Then we will send it off to assembly."
