"Okay this is the spotting board and this is my spotting line. So, when we go into the assembly part of the dry cleaning or we find; if we have a customer that comes in with some spots and says, hey, you need to pre-treat this or whatever, we hang them here for me to look at before or after the dry clean process or washing process. So, here we have a blouse and it looks to be like a body fluid, probably some blood on the blouse and for that we use a very low ammonia product. This is called Strepro. There's many other products out there. This is for anything from the body which is like; like it says on here blood, eggs, perspiration and stuff like that. And what we're going to do is we put a little bit of it on the stain and this is what we call a bone pick. It's actually made out of deer bone and we are going to rub it into the stain and see if that will remove it. And it was blood because it did remove itself. This is what we call a spotting gun. We use air and steam through it and to get this out, what we are going to do is, we're going to steam around the stain to get the chemical out. Now, when we do this, there's a vacuum on here that will suck the chemical down and go into a bucket and then we get rid of that through a company that gets rid of the toxic waste because anything from the body which is like blood, perspiration and stuff like that is considered toxic waste and cannot go down the drain. So, what we're going to do here is we're going to take some steam and steam the chemical out; the dirty stain through the back of the shirt and then we're going to use air. And what we did here is we used the gun to spray steam through the shirt which got the chemical out and then we used air to dry the steam spot on there. Now, that we finished it and the stain is removed, we will take the shirt and have it sent back to be repressed again and then sent on to the customer's order."
