"In this clip I'm going to show you how to apply foundation and set it with the powder. I'm using a really light tinted moisturizer as foundation because it's going to give a lighter application, and she's young, she doesn't need much coverage. So, avoid a really heavy foundation for your prom look because you don't need it when you're young. If you have problem areas, little break outs, use a concealer and just go over those certain areas with the concealer. And, I'm just painting a light layer on with the foundation brush and it's going on nice and smooth over that primer. And I'm just going back and forth. And if you find that your brush is leaving streak marks, that means that you have too much product on your brush so try a little less product. She's got that perfect young skin. So, go all the way up through the forehead and into the hairline and just make sure that it's all blended really well. And go right underneath the eyes, look up. And then I'm going to go in with the powder and I'm just going to lightly dust it all over her skin. And this is going to help hold the foundation in place all night and it's going to knock out any of that extra shine. Make sure that you blend really well around the jaw line so you don't get that floating head look. And around the nose. Okay, and that's applying foundation and powder."
