"Hi, I'm Megan with Elements University on behalf of Expert Village. In this segment I'll be showing you how to properly apply cuticle oil. You'll take your cuticle oil and on clean nails only, you'll brush a small bit at the very top of the nail. Before putting your brush back into the bottle you'll want to wipe it off to get any of the debris that might still be on the nail.
