"Hi, I'm Megan with Elements University on behalf of Expert Village. In this segment I'll be showing you how to apply alcohol to nails. You'll take your alcohol which you'll put in a spray bottle and spray about a 6 to 12 inch distance from the nail. You'll need about one pump per nail. Then you'll take your cotton round and just wipe the nail to remove the alcohol and any excess oils that are left over. You always want to alcohol your clients nails before you polish so that you make sure that their polish stays for as long as possible.
