"Hi, I'm Megan with Elements University on behalf of Expert Village. In this segment I'll be showing you how to do a massage from the elbow down. You're going to take nice long strokes with good pressure, never removing one or both hands at the same time. You want to feel connected to the client through the whole massage. You're going to start with the elbow and work from the elbow down. Using your fingertips to massage the muscles. You'll then take the hand and start massaging the palm. After massaging the palm for a few seconds, you'll then start massaging every finger individually. You want to start from the top of the finger and massage down until you get to the very tip. You're going to apply that same procedure to the second arm. Please be sure to watch our next segment on removing nail polish."
