"Hi, I'm Melina and welcome to Expert Village. In this next step, we're going to pin and sew our hem line. So you're going to take this extra triangle fabric and you're going to fold it down, and then you?re going to pin it with your pins. And then we're going to go over to our sewing machine and you can choose to change the thread color, if you want. I'm going to keep this brown. And we're going to sew the hem. So basically, you want to sew across your hem line and you want to do just a basic stitch. And you can do this in white, or you can do this in any color that you want, or you could even continue. See how your shorts, these shorts in particular, have these stitches going across. You could do a continuation of those stitches. And you could also keep stitching across just so this matches the shorts; you could keep stitching across your shorts. Or you could leave it just like this. So, now we're done doing our hem and we're onto the next step."
