"Hi, my name is Melisa Brown and we are doing Thai massage once again and what we are going to be doing here is stretching on the sides which are very necessary. We don’t really know until it is time to do it. So your partner is going to cover their ear, facing forward and I am going to grab the opposite arm and I am gong to be pushing the elbow. Pull into my form and I am gong to be pushing, pushing, pushing all the way. This is a great stretch. If you really have somebody that is flexible, what you are going to do is grab beyond the elbow and give them that extra dose. Then you do the same thing on the other side, cover your ear, pull into my form, and face forward. Now my knee can be placed on the side or it can be down here. I like to have my knee on the thigh because I am stabilizing her. So I am pushing her really really tight and again if you have somebody flexible you crawl up above the elbow and give them that final stretch. I am going to be doing what you call a clack. My hands are together, my fingers are separated and very loose. I am doing this on top of the shoulders and you can do it up and down on the back.
