"Hi, my name is Melisa and we are talking about Thai-Massage. This is a great stretch for your hips and for your toes. You never think about putting toes and stretching in the same sentence. I am going to pick up the heel and I am putting my leg underneath her leg as diagonal and supportive as possible. I am holding her foot underneath and I am twisting the foot around but at the same time I am noticing her hip is going in and out of the socket. So I am moving with the foot and I am giving it a full full rotation. Now I am going to do that a couple of times to the left and a couple of times to the right. Now while we are here I might as well as keep on working on the foot. I am gong to turn the inside arch and I am going to hold it and pull it outwards. Now she should be feeling this all the way up to her neck. I am going to hold the middle arch and pull back and I’m going to the upper arch and pull back. Now I have opened up the leg enough to go open. Now I am going to stretch the other side. I am changing hands and holding the outside of the foot and turning in and the middle of the outside of the foot and turning in. And the upper side of the foot turning in and back down again. Now if that was not enough this is going to be just like we were doing with her toes. Rotate one way, rotate the other one and pull. Your toes are going to be open."
