"Continuing with what we started earlier, we are going to bring this foot around and I am going to open up the leg. Now if this leg decides it wants to move in towards me I am going to hold it over here. But you are going to take this leg and bring it out. We are going to do it three different times. We are going to go as far as they think they can go and now we are going to go as far as I think they can go and then we are going to take it to where no man has been before. We are going to take it as far as they think we can go, I think they can go and all of the above. If that was not enough, I am going to secure that here and I am going to press on the inside of the thigh. This gives a great great stretch for the hamstrings and your inner thigh and just press it very softly and very gently because this can be very very sore. If that was enough I bring the leg around and I am holding the bottom of the heel with my hand and the inner of my forearm is up against the bottom of the foot. I am just going to be leaning towards the head. Notice my hand is on top of the thigh. What I am doing is giving it a killer stretch. You can do it very very high or you can take it very very low. Everybody has a different way of stretching and when you are done with that, you give the leg a little wiggle. Of course you are going to be doing this on the other side as well. "
