on 8/5/2009 This video is really for novices like me. After watching this video, i have tried on my family members and they were extremely happy with the way i massaged their feet.
I am now slowly getting interested in this area and would like to move on with other techniques to give a good/relaxing foot massage.
I prefer to "master" the art of foot massage and then slowly move up to learn a full body massage.

thank you Melisa for kindling the interest in massages..

Video Transcript

"Hi, I’m Melisa Brown. Let me remind you that you can see me on my web page at www.uneedamassage.us. In continuing on the second part, we are going to be working on the feet. These are the points; underneath the third toe, one, down below a little more to the middle of the foot two, just above the heal three, then we are crossing over to the lower arch up to the middle arch, to the upper arch. Now we are going to do that simultaneously with our thumbs and leaning in with our body. We are not using our elbows or we are not using our shoulders. We are leaning in totally with the bodies together we are going one, down to two, down to three. Without touching on the bone, crossing over to the lower arch, four, the middle arch five, the upper arch six. Now you can do that as many times as you want. But in between remember to palm press. Lower arch, lower arch, middle, middle, upper, upper, middle, middle arch, lower arch, lower arch. I also like to give the feet a stretch putting them one on top of the other and standing above the foot I just press down. Then I change the feet and press down again. There is a great stretch you can do with this too. Just push back and take it around and push back and take it around. You can do that as many times as you want. "
