"I am doing some deep pressure, deep tissue pressure on the back of the foot. Using the same body parts I was using for the back of the thigh, I am using my elbow and I am going to be putting pressure points anywhere on the back of the foot. It could be random and I am just opening up my elbow. Now what I am doing is I am leaning in and I am opening up the elbow. And leaning in and opening up the elbow. This is nice deep work that you are saving your thumbs on, I like to always give it a little forearm roll. Give it a forearm roll and go deep in again. Anytime you are going to do any type of deep tissue massage, you want to warm up the tissue first and then you give it the depth. You can use both thumbs if you like pressing one thumb on top of the other and just stay there and just move to another part. Lean in with your body. If you are leaning in just using your fingers you are going to have a certain amount of pressure, but if you lean in with your body you are going to feel that pressure increase by a whole lot and your person is going to appreciate that. See you in the next segment. "
