"If you do not have the benefit of tools for a deep tissue massage, we have the tools right here in our hands. I am going to be using this area right here on the corners the bottom, I can call that the southwest corner or the southeast corner depending on what hand you are using. I am going to lean in the arm and I am putting my fingers are all together and I am keeping the pressure on my palm. Now I am leaning in and it is my body that is pushing my hand forward. And leaning in and I am going up very slowly. And when I get to this point right here at the top of the forearm, I am just going to lean in with that pressure right there because that bone can give us – it is a very effective tool that we have. And I can just lean in very easily right there, then I can continue going up and leaning forward. It gives me a chance to move up, coming in and going around. Very slow is the key, very slow and keeping it at the palm of your hand. Do you feel that deep? Now a good way to find out if you are going a little bit too deep is when your client says ouch. See you at the next segment. "
