"Doing some more deep tissue on your back, I’m going to be using my elbow and we’re going to be going just on the border of the spine. If you feel it in there with your thumbs, you can see the meat that I’m talking about. But I’m not going to go on top of the bone, I’m leaning on the opposite side, I’m going to be leaning into the table and I’m putting my elbow. And I’m going to just lean down, straight down towards the bone, but I’m not on the bone. And then I’m going to open up my elbow a bit and let it go, giving it a little circle. I’m just going to move up a little bit on the spine, I’m basically resting my elbow on the spine and then going in on the elbow, but I’m not touching the spine after that. Open up, the slower you go; the deeper you’re going to feel it. Or should I say the deeper they are going to feel it. You can take your time doing this, you don’t necessarily have to go with their breath because some people are very, very slow breathers and some people are very fast breathers. You can do this all the way up the spine and then you can come down on the other side of the spine, but it’s important that you get both sides of the spine. This is so relaxing, so relaxing. "
