Hair Styling with Marcel Flat Irons

"Marcel irons have a flat look to them also. This one here is a flattening, kind of straightening Marcel iron. You want to go ahead and use this to make the hair straight, even put a little bump into it. What we would do is heat it up first, get a piece right here; this is used on really hair that is textured or curly that has a little bit more of a fizz to it. You want to use Marcel irons for that because it is wonderful, and you want to go ahead and comb down like that, and comb down like that again on the hair, so it gives it a straight look, and downward. You can also use these little tiny Marcel irons, which are used really for short hair. This is basically used when the hairs is really, really tiny and you want to really bump the ends of the hair in the back and the hair is pretty short.
