"Hi this is Liz Muller from Liz’s Hair Design in Hollywood, Florida. I’m putting some conditioner in the hair. Just before I told you that we do need to use a leave in conditioner. You don’t want to use anything too heavy but we do want to leave something in there and leave ins are wonderful. Something light will do. You want to go ahead and do that too because it makes it easier to detangle curly hair. Curly hair gets very matted and tangled because it gets dry and it needs something to soften that curl for you to loosen it. So let’s talk about what we are going to detangle it with. We are going to use a wide tooth comb like this. I prefer these that roll because that way it doesn’t get tangled in the hair and it actually works really really well. We start from the bottom and work ourselves all the way up, maybe sectioning off the hair. I’m going to section off the hair and show you that you want to work right down from the bottom and climb up taking it all the way to the top, untangling that curly hair. You are going to go ahead and take another section here from the back. Okay. Go from the bottom and climb all the way up and there are people out there who have really tight curls that make it so hard for them, but this is just a wonderful way of untangling your hair. "
