"Hi this is Liz Muller from Liz’s Hair Design in Hollywood, Florida. As I said before, we were talking about conditioners and what kind of conditioner I used in my hair. I used a really moisturizing conditioner because the hair needs moisture when it is curly. I cannot emphasize that enough. Curls need to be moisturized in some form or way and I use a simple conditioner that needed moisture but I will also tell you that you need to use deep treatments with this curly hair. When you treat your hair often with the mask or oil treatment, you are putting nourishments back into curly hair and that is going to give you more shine, bounce and more softness to those curls. You don’t want to keep the hair dry because when curly hair is dry, you can’t manage the curls so I am going to tell you to please use those masks. I am going to go over here because I am going to start detangling my hair and another thing we fail to do when we have curly hair, is not put a leave in conditioner. Leave in conditioners are very important because it actually softens that curl even more and it puts a little more conditioning in there. So let’s do that right now. "
