How to Use a Shampoo Neutralizer on Relaxed Hair

"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Liz Muller from Liz's Hair Design in Hollywood, Florida and today I'm going to teach you how to relax color treated hair. I'm going to go ahead and put a generous amount of neutralizing shampoo in my hands. So that is a good amount right there maybe a little bit more and you are going to go ahead and put it on the front, in the middle like this, placing it all over the hair. Going between the hair lifting up the head, opening up the hair and just moving it around. Move it around like this. Put a little bit more on the back of the hair and just move it around. Don't scrub too hard, just enough to clean the clients scalp and don't use your nails just your finger tips. Go ahead and use your fingertips here like this putting your fingertips through your hair and between the hair, on the back of the hair, lifting and moving it around. You want to go ahead and clean that hair and make sure your get all the relaxer out. So I'm going to do that like this, they love this to this is the best part. "
