"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Liz Muller from Liz's Hair Design in Hollywood, Florida and today I'm going to teach you how to relax color treated hair. I'm rinsing out her hair. Make sure you rinse it this hair really really well. Hair like this costumer here is very difficult you know why cause she has plenty of it and you don't want to, any relaxer in the hair. Because relaxer can remove hair. It becomes like a hair remover after a while so you don't want to leave any relaxer in the hair no residue. Go ahead and bring your client, go ahead and put your hand her to rinse out your clients relaxer right close to the hair line. Rinse that hair line first it is very delicate, the hairline and is alway finer."
