How to Mix Hair Relaxers

"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Liz Muller from Liz's Hair Design in Hollywood, Florida and today I'm going to teach you how to relax color treated hair. Now I poured the rest of the stuff in here and I'm going to continue to mix. Notice how nice and smooth it is. You want to keep it smooth and you are going to mix it like this. Once it gets like that a little liquidly that is okay. You just continue to move it around, mixing it thoroughly you may want to go like that to it. Make sure you get all the bottom part and it looks a little bit pink. A little light pink you may not be able to see that but it is a little slightly pink. Most of them turn a little pink when you are done. When you shampoo the hair later on with neutralizing shampoo which I would explain later, you would also see the hair a little pink. But let's go ahead and proceed to talk about this. Mixing the relaxer and getting it smooth like that okay you want it smooth like that in that consistency. "
