"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Lizbeth Muller from Liz's Hair Design in Hollywood, Florida, and today we're going to show you how to cut curly hair. Since I am layering her hair, I want an angle towards the front of it. When you cut it layers any how, you're going to see the drops in an angle. I'm going to take her piece of hair here and I'm going to go this way. I'm going to look at it real carefully to the side and I'm going to start by angling it just slightly. I'm not going to layer her tremendously. I'm just going to do a half an inch here. Like I said, if you want to go a little shorter, you can. The front of her hair, go like that. This section, bringing it down. There's many ways of cutting curly hair. Everybody has their own technique. This is a way that I cut it when I'm cutting it. This is the way I angle my hair. I'm keeping it close here. Notice it's at an angle. You see that. It's at an angle. That's very important for you to see that."
