" This is Lois Arnold and I am the owner of Elijah University City Salon and Spa, and we are 4012 Market Street here in Philadelphia. Here’s our drill and we’re going to roughen up the nail a little bit so that the fake nail will be able to hold. This is the drill. Then we’re going to apply the nail the extension to her natural nail. Okay, now that’s that."
