"Our next step is to take our chicken breast, go ahead, and cook it our chicken stock mixture. I'm going to go ahead and place in 4 chicken breasts to our mixture. We're going to let it cook in our mixture. The reason we want to do it that way is because it's going to give the chicken flavor to the soup as well as absorb some of the pasilla pepper flavor that we've already got going on in the soup. I've got 4 chicken breasts in there. If you're feeding more people you can add more chicken, or if not you can take away a little bit of the chicken. I'm putting the whole breast in there so I can shred it. If you don't have time to do that, you can slice it into small cubes. Just make sure that they're bite size slices and throw it in there like that."
