"We've been talking about folding shirts and pants and I want to talk a little bit about items that it's better not to fold, can be folded but for fabric reasons or for cut reasons it better sort of to lay them flat or to hang them up. And the first item I want to talk about is a suit jacket. Now you certainly can fold a suit jacket but because the jacket is supposed to worn over shoulders a crease in it looks really really bad. And so the best way to store this would be to hang it up. If you were to fold it sort of in anyway you could get a crease along the back seam here if you folded it in half like the men's shirts we talked about. Also the deal with suit jackets, unless you have a double breasted suit is it's really hard to close them and have the even front the way we talked about in buttoning stuff. And so when it comes to jackets or blazers hanging them or laying them flat is really the best. The other type of clothing that it's better not to hang is actually suede or leather. I mean it's better not to fold these, you want to hang them. Because if you fold them there could be a crease in the suede that can last. If you need to fold them you have to fold them with paper. And so for leather and for suede what you want to do also is lay them flat or hang them up. It's best not to fold them."
