"Hi. I'm here today to teach you about how to dress Goth. When most people think of Goth, they just imagine all black, a white face, black lips. And that's really only one form of dressing Goth. There are several different strains of it. Some take their notes from Victorian area, some take their notes from punk. So what we're going to do today is go through all the different facets of how to dress Goth, including hairstyle, make-up, accessories, different sorts of clothing and a few of the different trends in Goth that exist today. Mostly, Goth is short for Gothic. So the biggest reference point is Gothic England and corsets and garters and definitely black. The overarching theme throughout Goth is the color black and darker colors that accompany it, like dark purple, dark red, dark green and the black is really a starting point for any sort of Goth outfit at all. There is also a strain of Goth that's very closely tied into punk, but that's not really what we're going to be looking at today. So we should get started and we're going to start with Goth make-up."
