How to Re-Book A Salon Client

"Hi! I'm Marchelle with Elements Univeristy on behalf of Expert Village, and I'm going to be talking today about the importance of rebooking and prebooking your client. One thing you want to let your clients know is that they need to be rebooking with you and also prebooking. That's going to help build your books and it's going to make your business a lot more sucessful. If she would like to come in and see you in the 4-6 weeks time, you need to let her know and you need to let her know why she needs to rebook. You would say something to, "Chelsea, I'm going to recommend that you rebook and come and see me in 4-6 weeks. The books are filling up fast; this is a really busy time of year. In order to be sure that you have an appointment when you want one, I recommend rebooking. If if works out for your schedule, I highly recommend prebooking." What prebooking is not only your next appointment but it's 2 or 3 appointments booked out after that just to ensure that she has the consistancy to come in and see you and it build client loyalty.
