Video Transcript

"Hi, I'm Marchelle with Elements University on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to be talking about ask, analyze and asses, which is another step in the 5 Step Consultation. Ask, analyze and asses is a very important part of a Client Consultation cause that's when you're going to listen to your client, what your client is asking you for, what the needs of your client are. She's going to be telling you all sorts of things about her hair and most important thing is you need to listen to what she is saying and ask her opening questions that she can't answer with a yes or no answer and that will give you more information about how to proceed with the service. Go ahead and watch our next segment and I'm going to be talking to you about how to come with an agreement with your client as to what you're going to do for the service."
