"Hi! My name is Lauren and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to discuss short straight hairstyles. Heather has already blown out her hair. We kind of went through with the straighten iron just to get that bit of smoothness, especially on the sides. Normally, people wind up not washing their hair for at least 2-3 days. If your hair is extremely oily, your sebaceous glands are overly productive. You may want to wash your hair everyday. Although, I do suggest for most people, you're going to want to wait 2-3 days. Although you're waiting, your sebaceous glands are going to produce oil. A lot of the times, you wind up falling a little bit flat. That blow out that you did the day before is not going to look as good the next day. Some people feel as if their hair is smoother. Others, in order to keep that natural oils through their hair, they will actually put their hair up. Now I'm going to show you a few different ways that you can actually put your hair up beginning with your half up half do and just kind of piecing your hair away from your face and moving into your full up do."
