Dotted Nail Art Designs: Left Thumb

"The last finger that we have to do is Joyce's left thumb. Again, you want to put extra polish on the flat top of the bottle, because this finger is going to take more than most. Just because of its size. I'm going to use the largest end of my dotter, and then dip it in the polish, and just place some random dots here. We're going to keep these dots spread a little farther apart than most, because I'm want to go back and some smaller dots to it. So I'm going to wipe off the largest end of my stylus, make sure it's good and clean, and then I'm going to get a smaller one out, I'm going to get my smallest one out. And that way I can dip it into the polish and I'm just going to go back and add some smaller dots between the large ones, just to kind of give it a 2D effect, where you're getting small and large all at the same time. I want to make sure that I've got enough polish on it, and then I'm going to wipe off that end of the stylus. Make sure that it's clean, and then I'm going to clean off the top of the bottle. If it runs down on the side again, then you just want to wipe around the edge of the bottle to make sure that there's none left dripping down. And that is how you do the thumb nail of the dotted nail art."
