"For your first two lines of your lighthouse, we're going to start with the outside of the body. The first thing you're going to do, on the top third of the nail, is bring a line down to about the bottom third. It doesn't really matter if it's a thick line or a thick line. You want to do one on the left hand side and one on the right hand side. You want the top lines to be a little closer together than the bottom lines. For each nail that you do, you will will probably need to re-dip your brush just to make sure that it doesn't get stringy. Again, top third to bottom third. I'm going to re-dip my brush. For your thumb, you're probably going to want to make it a little bit longer just because you've got extra room to cover. You're going to do this for all ten nails. For the nails that are really short, you've just got to make the body shorter, is the only difference. That is the first two lines in our lighthouse body design."
