"I'm Lillian with Expert Village and now I'm going to demonstrate how to apply the base coat and maybe talk a little bit about what we have done this far. So I will apply the base coat starting with the big toenail working from the base of the toenail up to the free edge and I will continue on with each toenail. So far we have remove the old nail polish and we soaked our feet, we have scraped our heels on the bottom of our feet, and we have also trimmed the cuticles, trim the nails, buff the nail and we have also completed the right foot of the base coat. I will continue on with the left foot and we would be ready for our coloring. "
