"I'm Lillian with Expert Village and we have now completed pushing the cuticle back and trimming the excess cuticles so now I'm going to demonstrate buffing the toenails and talk a little bit about the yellowing of a toenail. Next I'm going to pick up the nail buffer which is a very fine soft grade it is not coarse like the nail filer that we used but this is to buff the top part of the nail. The edge has a sponge like soft area so we would use that as well. You just get the buffer and just do the whole top part of the toenail. When you have a loose nail you just get the edge of the buffer and buff it off. Continue on with each toenail in the same matter. We are going to the longest cause there in more nail cause smaller ones don't take as long. Now sometimes your nails would look yellow the reason peoples nail yellow is because prolong use of nail polish it doesn't allow the nail to breath so it turns yellow. By buffing it helps remove some of the yellow as you could maybe see I have buffed this nail and it is not quiet as yellow as that nail. Another way to get rid of the yellow and make just a healthy pink toenail is to avoid using polish for a couple of months and just let the nail breath and the yellow would definitely go away. So I would just continue on doing each toenail and then the same on the opposite foot."
